Diet and health care in the present time
Manufacturers and packaging are misleading, which is why people don’t know whether what they’re buying is healthy or not.
The diet is not calorically balanced and diverse.
We eat too much meat and too little fruit and vegetables.
Food contains toxins.
We consume too many unhealthy sugars in both food and drinks.
To prolong shelf life, foods are full of artificial preservatives and additives.
Foods are ultra-processed and lack the proclaimed nutritional value.
We are overwhelmed with a huge number of products with misleading marketing.
We eat too few fiber-rich foods.
The industrial microbiome is monotonous.
The number of allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle diseases is increasing.
The lack of quality food for our gut microbiome causes inflammation and chronic bowel diseases.
We don’t take care of our health when we’re healthy.
We know that all diseases are psychosomatic, but we do nothing to heal the mind.
We live in fear and physiological stress, even if we don’t realize it.
We don’t listen to our bodies.
We don’t know our bodies or their processes.
We don’t know our power to create health.
We don’t treat the causes of diseases, only suppress the symptoms.
We don’t pay attention to detoxifying the body.
We don’t know the causal links between the mind and the body.
We don’t remove fear from the mind and stress from the body.
We address body dysfunctions with medication and diets.
Are you a creator or a victim?
Let’s take a moment to reflect on a simple fact. Why weren’t stress, allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle diseases a topic in the past, but today they are an everyday concern for most of us? The answer lies in many factors, one of which is the quality of the food we consume. The good news is that now that we’re aware of them, we have the consciousness needed to start consciously changing them with our decisions.
If we want change, the necessary condition is that we must step out of our comfort zone and start taking care of ourselves. We don’t need to be chemists, nutritionists, or doctors. We just need to know the basic information about our body and its processes, the causal relationships between the mind and body, so we can begin making conscious decisions about what will be beneficial for us. With conscious decisions, such as what, when, and how much we eat, we can influence processes in the body and help it function properly.
Every change has its beginning. Realizing that we have the power and the responsibility to create our own health can be the start of the Journey to Health for each of us. From this moment, we can become conscious creators of our health. Or we can remain unconscious victims. What will your choice be? Creator or victim?
We really don’t need to know everything, nor do we need to. We need to know the basic information. Just that can drastically change our thinking, our reality. And that is our mission: to provide you with the simplest information that will significantly impact your health and your life. Therefore, everything beneficial on your Journey to Health will be shared in our future posts.
