Blog The Journey to Health

“The mind is the architect of health or disease.” Zorba Buddha

Everything is energy. The thoughts we have determine the energy we carry. The energy we carry determines how the Body thrives.

The Body reacts to the Mind and follows it. The thought always comes first. The intelligence of the Body is infinite, and its internal processes are encoded in the genes (digestion, breathing, heart activity, cleansing and elimination processes…). But the quality in which these processes unfold is determined in each moment only by our inner reality or the perception of the outer world that flows from it. Likewise, the activities the Body performs outwardly are always guided by the Mind. Either the Body performs automatic actions based on automated programs sourced in the subconscious part of the Mind (walking, driving…), or it follows conscious creative decisions (to cook, to exercise…).

“I have no expectations, I have no disappointments.” – Ján Kováčik

Expectations are the killers of happiness! They are connected with fear of the future. Let us not forget that we live in the present, not in the future. Trust life. As Osho said: “The future will take care of itself.” What we need to know in order to be conscious creators of our lives, and therefore of what will happen in the future, is the fact that we create our future from the level of consciousness in the present.

,,A doctor is someone who prescribes medicines of which he knows little, for diseases of which he knows even less, to people about whom he knows nothing at all." Voltaire

What Voltaire already knew in the 18th century still holds true—and always will.
,,A doctor is someone who prescribes medicines of which he knows little, for diseases of which he knows even less, to people about whom he knows nothing at all."

This is a fact clearly demonstrated by the way diagnoses are determined—based on symptom similarity, while the root cause of those symptoms differs from person to person. Doctors prescribe medications through a trial-and-error process. Why? Because modern medicine treats only symptoms, not the underlying cause—which is always invisible and therefore unknowable to the doctor. The real cause of illness doesn’t exist on the physical, visible level of the body, but rather in the unseen, subconscious programs

Consume food without stress.

Consume food without stress.

With the energy of LOVE, JOY, PEACE, HAPPINESS, GRATITUDE... contained in the memories when you felt loved, happy, content, fulfilled... or with the energy of understanding the broader connections of LIFE, HEALTH, FORGIVENESS, ACCEPTANCE, FREEDOM...

The effect of diet on the body and the nutrition contained in it for the cells is closely related to thoughts and feelings. In the causal connections between the mind and body, everything is interconnected, and every thought and feeling changes the entire biology of the body. It either supports health or has a destructive effect.

The quality of our thoughts matters!

The quality of our thoughts matters!

Did you know that 70-80% of the body is made up of water? And did you also know the impact our thoughts have on it? Water, just like everything that exists, is energy. It reacts to the mind, whose products in the form of thoughts, feelings, and emotions are nothing but energetic patterns that change its structure and frequency. The thoughts we have therefore influence not only the structure of water molecules but also the health of the entire body.

"Embrace death as your teacher and free yourself from fear. The lesson is: Love in every moment and live as if it were your last." – Zorba Buddha

The state of deep inner peace is the source of true happiness. When we understand the connections of life, we no longer need to fear anything.

If we are not living as we wish, we must look for the reason in the fears that are holding us back. The primal fear, from which all other fears grow, is the fear of life itself, or the fear of death. The fear of death could also be called the fear of losing life. And with it is connected every other fear of losing anything. To remove the primal fear from our lives, and subsequently all other fears that arise from it, we must pay attention to death and, through it, to life.

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

The only certainty we all have in earthly life is that we will one day leave this life. What we don’t know is when and how. One of the possible answers to this question is how we live our lives. Whether in love, benefiting the whole, or in fear and selfishness. Based on that, the quality and length of our earthly life can unfold. If humanity benefits from our existence, from our presence, we may be here for a very long time and die healthy. Or, when our life energy runs out and our time is fulfilled, we can choose to leave. Everything else is the opposite, and either we leave in illness or are involuntarily called away. Illness and involuntary departure from life are much more common causes of our departure.

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

We all desire health and a healthy life.
If we are sick or dissatisfied with our lives, we must remove fear from our lives and replace it with love. When we are healthy, we often take it for granted. We usually only start thinking about it when we lose it, as the profound idea goes: “Illness has only one goal — to heal us.”
Therefore, the only path to healing is to change our programming from fear to love. Through disciplined inner work, we must remove the fear in our subconscious programs, which triggers the body’s stress response even when our life is not in danger.

WAKE UP! Open your mind

WAKE UP! Open your mind

"Let’s be kids again! Wild and free, unafraid of anything, living in the present, not worrying about the past or future, full of love, and unafraid to express it. The only difference between a child from childhood and an adult child should be the wisdom that we are all endowed with, though we may not have discovered it in ourselves yet. Everything has its time, and that time is just arriving. There is no reason to live in fear or live the life of others and for others. WE ARE THE CREATORS OF OUR REALITY, so let’s begin using this gift. Tigernut planet is the planet of health and love, created through us for the purpose of showing you the way to your wisdom and awareness of yourself, your uniqueness so that you can consciously activate your potential and fulfill your mission in this earthly life. To be love, to spread love, and to live a life of love and health.

... and what about starting with your own?

Yes, you might say, I know this, I’ve heard it before. But have you ever thought about the depth of the message behind this thought? It’s not just about pulling someone drowning out of the water...

There are many perspectives from which this thought can be viewed, and ours is just one of many, but it comes from the perspective of love. It can help you understand certain connections related to actions that go against Love and their possible consequences.
