Healthy mind

WAKE UP! Open your mind

WAKE UP! Open your mind

"Let’s be kids again! Wild and free, unafraid of anything, living in the present, not worrying about the past or future, full of love, and unafraid to express it. The only difference between a child from childhood and an adult child should be the wisdom that we are all endowed with, though we may not have discovered it in ourselves yet. Everything has its time, and that time is just arriving. There is no reason to live in fear or live the life of others and for others. WE ARE THE CREATORS OF OUR REALITY, so let’s begin using this gift. Tigernut planet is the planet of health and love, created through us for the purpose of showing you the way to your wisdom and awareness of yourself, your uniqueness so that you can consciously activate your potential and fulfill your mission in this earthly life. To be love, to spread love, and to live a life of love and health.

... and what about starting with your own?

Yes, you might say, I know this, I’ve heard it before. But have you ever thought about the depth of the message behind this thought? It’s not just about pulling someone drowning out of the water...

There are many perspectives from which this thought can be viewed, and ours is just one of many, but it comes from the perspective of love. It can help you understand certain connections related to actions that go against Love and their possible consequences.

"Be the change you want to see in the world." — Mahatma Gandhi

"Be the change you want to see in the world." — Mahatma Gandhi

Everyone always knows exactly what needs to be done when it comes to someone else’s life. But first and foremost, we are here for ourselves. We are responsible for our own lives, and no one else is. Judging someone else while not seeing the entire story of their life is very shallow. Similarly, blaming someone else for our life while failing to realize that every decision in our life is ultimately made by us is also misguided. It’s always all about ourselves. We are the creators of our lives, and everything that exists for us exists only in our mind, in our reality. So, if we truly want to change something, we must and can only change ourselves. We must change our mind and its programming. We have no control over anything else. External circumstances cannot be changed without changing our internal setting, because they are always just a reflection of our inner reality.

"The mind is a good servant, but a bad master." — Osho

"The mind is a good servant, but a bad master." — Osho

As Adrian Monk puts it, we could say that the mind is for a person "a gift, but also a curse." If it serves us and we live our life without fear, it is a tremendous gift. But if it controls us by constantly making us fear things, it is a curse. Living in fear and living in love without fear are two completely different realities of life.

We don’t need to know everything or understand everything. But what creates our reality is something we should understand. Then we become the master of our life and its conscious creator. If we are merely at the mercy of the mind, without being aware of it and using it in the right way, we will always remain its slave and never experience any change that could move us toward health, happiness, and fulfillment in our life. We will still be controlled by our subconscious programs, and the conscious part of the mind will never have a say.

GET TO KNOW YOURSELF

GET TO KNOW YOURSELF

As Albert Einstein said, "Everything is energy and nothing else exists but energy." Why is it important to know oneself? Because it has a significant impact not only on our life but also on the lives of others. However, the understanding of oneself begins with answering the question: Who are we as human beings? Without this understanding, we cannot work with the energetic models in our minds and consciously change our life reality. It is only when we realize that we are not just what we see or what we think we are, but that we are vast intelligence radiating and receiving energetic frequencies, that we can begin to pay attention to ourselves and our inner programming.

„The inner creates the outer. The unseen is the parent of the seen.“ — Alexander Loyd

„The inner creates the outer. The unseen is the parent of the seen.“ — Alexander Loyd

We cannot change the world out there, but we can change our inner world, and then the outer world will adapt to it. It won't change, but we will perceive it from a different perspective, from a different level of consciousness. The only thing we can influence, and from a certain point, control, is our inner world of thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories, beliefs, and programs. If we want to understand who we are and why we live the way we do, we must realize that we are creating our entire life. For everything we need an answer to, we find it within ourselves. Don’t look for it anywhere else, because you won’t find it. It doesn’t exist outside our inner selves.

"Man is not beautiful physically, but by the mind and the energy he radiates." – Zorba Buddha

The inner creates the outer, and this also applies to the physical aspect of our existence, which is the body. Most people consider beauty only as the external physical appearance of a person and give no attention to the inner. However, true beauty is not only physical, but mostly invisible – internal. It is what a person radiates from their energy field and how others feel in their presence. In other words, it’s the gift we bring to others with our presence.

„My life is my legacy.” – Mahatma Gandhi

“Let’s change the world together! From a world of fear to a world of love. From a world of stress to a world of health.”

Mahatma Gandhi, a great man, lived what he preached. He was faithful to his principles and willing to sacrifice his life for their fulfillment.

Nothing from what most people today consider important in our materially-driven society will come with us when our time is up and our life energy is spent. When our time runs out, we won’t take our wealth, homes, cars, businesses, partners, children, or anything else material with us. What we will carry is the personal growth of our immortal Soul at the level of consciousness.

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

REPROGRAM FEAR TO LOVE

The only certainty we all have in earthly life is that we will one day leave this life. What we don’t know is when and how. One of the possible answers to this question is how we live our lives. Whether in love, benefiting the whole, or in fear and selfishness. Based on that, the quality and length of our earthly life can unfold. If humanity benefits from our existence, from our presence, we may be here for a very long time and die healthy. Or, when our life energy runs out and our time is fulfilled, we can choose to leave. Everything else is the opposite, and either we leave in illness or are involuntarily called away. Illness and involuntary departure from life are much more common causes of our departure.

The state of deep inner peace is the source of true happiness. When we understand the connections of life, we no longer need to fear anything.

If we are not living as we wish, we must look for the reason in the fears that are holding us back. The primal fear, from which all other fears grow, is the fear of life itself, or the fear of death. The fear of death could also be called the fear of losing life. And with it is connected every other fear of losing anything. To remove the primal fear from our lives, and subsequently all other fears that arise from it, we must pay attention to death and, through it, to life.
