Premium tiger nuts from Valencia — not your average nut

Tiger nuts are not tree nuts; they are underground tubers (Cyperus esculentus) grown in the Alboraia region of Valencia—a region with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO Chufa de Valencia). The sunny climate of Valencia gives these tubers a natural sweetness and rich flavor that common varieties simply cannot match.

It’s a tuber, not a nut—meaning it is naturally suitable even for people with nut allergies. Gluten-free, lactose-free, allergen-free.

What makes it exceptional

• 55% premium tiger nuts (PDO Chufa de Valencia)—the foundation of the granola, featuring a naturally subtle sweet taste and a high fiber content. It makes up most of the blend and is the primary source of fiber and crunchy texture.

• 8% almonds—a classic nutty flavor, a source of vitamin E and healthy monounsaturated fats.

• 6% hazelnuts—an intense nutty flavor and natural fats. The hazelnuts are roasted with their skins on, preserving their full flavor potential.

• 6% pistachios—a gentle, distinct flavor and a natural green color. Pistachios are one of the nuts with the highest protein and antioxidant content.

• 6% desiccated coconut—a subtle tropical note that rounds out the nutty profile and adds a pleasant creaminess.

• 13% honey—a natural sweetener with a characteristic honey aroma. Honey binds all the ingredients into crunchy clusters and adds a gentle caramel note to the granola. The granola is sweetened exclusively with honey—no refined sugar, no syrups.

• 4% chicory fiber—together with the tiger nuts, it is responsible for the high fiber content. Chicory has long been studied as one of the most effective prebiotics—it actively feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut microbiome.

Fiber and hydration

This granola contains 20.2g of fiber per 100g—a combination of fiber from tiger nuts and inulin from chicory fiber. Fiber works best when you are well-hydrated. Therefore, we recommend paying attention to a regular fluid intake throughout the day, especially if you include tiger nut products in your diet regularly.

Every jar of TIGERNUT granola is crafted in our own production facility in Slovakia—by hand, with a focus on gentle processing to retain the maximum nutritional potential of the ingredients.

We pack it in glass for a specific reason: glass doesn't affect the taste, contains no BPA or other harmful plastics, and is easily reusable. If we care about what goes into our bodies, we should care about the packaging, too.
