Security and Data Protection

The seller declares that all personal data is confidential, will be used solely for fulfilling the contract with the buyer, and will not be disclosed or provided to any third party, except for situations related to the distribution or payment process of the ordered goods (such as providing the name and delivery address). Personal data provided by the buyer to the seller for the purpose of fulfilling the order is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, especially Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The buyer gives consent to the seller to collect and process this personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the concluded purchase contract, until the buyer provides written withdrawal of this consent. The buyer has the right to access their personal data and the right to correct it, including other legal rights regarding this data.
