“The mind is the architect of health or disease.” Zorba Buddha

“The mind is the architect of health or disease.” Zorba Buddha

Everything is energy. The thoughts we have determine the energy we carry. The energy we carry determines how the Body thrives.

The Body reacts to the Mind and follows it. The thought always comes first. The intelligence of the Body is infinite, and its internal processes are encoded in the genes (digestion, breathing, heart activity, cleansing and elimination processes…). But the quality in which these processes unfold is determined in each moment only by our inner reality or the perception of the outer world that flows from it. Likewise, the activities the Body performs outwardly are always guided by the Mind. Either the Body performs automatic actions based on automated programs sourced in the subconscious part of the Mind (walking, driving…), or it follows conscious creative decisions (to cook, to exercise…).

“I have no expectations, I have no disappointments.” – Ján Kováčik

“I have no expectations, I have no disappointments.” – Ján Kováčik

Expectations are the killers of happiness! They are connected with fear of the future. Let us not forget that we live in the present, not in the future. Trust life. As Osho said: “The future will take care of itself.” What we need to know in order to be conscious creators of our lives, and therefore of what will happen in the future, is the fact that we create our future from the level of consciousness in the present.

“Life is drawing without an eraser.” – Albert Einstein

“Life is drawing without an eraser.” – Albert Einstein

I love this quote because it beautifully captures the flow of life. Everything we do, we can only do once. Every moment is unique and unrepeatable. Time cannot be reversed, and therefore what we once say or do cannot be taken back. We cannot erase it and start drawing again. That is why we should act in love, express love, and spread love through words and deeds. Let us act for the benefit of the whole to which we all belong, be useful to it, and harm no one by our actions. This is the conscious program of love that should guide each of our actions. If something were to contradict one of its three pillars, it is better not to act at all. Such an action would be against love and would have completely opposite consequences for our lives. If we act in love, we will never regret anything, because the consequences of such actions are always positive for everyone.

"Tancuj, jako by tě nikdo neviděl, Miluj, jako by ti nikdy nikdo neublížil, Zpívej, jako by tě nikdo neslyšel, A žij, jako bys měl zítra zemřít." — Oscar Wilde

Be yourself under all circumstances. It doesn’t matter what others think of you; what truly matters is what you think of yourself.

Only you know what has motivated you in the past and what motivates you now. Others may believe they know you and have the right to judge you, but in reality, they know nothing. They don’t know your story, and their judgment is nothing but a projection of their own imagination. And the truth is—it’s not about you, it’s about them. When they judge you, they reveal nothing but how they themselves might act in that situation. Whether they really would act that way, no one can say. Talking is always easier than doing. We all think we know how others should live, but we often don’t know how to live our own lives.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Gustav Jung

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Gustav Jung

We always act according to what we believe. And what we believe is not only our conscious convictions about ourselves, others, and life, but mainly the deep-seated beliefs in the subconscious, where our entire past experience is stored. In every situation, without exception, we are creators of our reality. Even when we create it unconsciously—the difference is that then we are victims of our subconscious and lack conscious control over our lives. That is why our subconscious beliefs about ourselves, others, and life are crucial for our ability to consciously create reality.

“Until a person finds unconditional and unreserved love for all beings, he will not find peace.” Buddha

“Until a person finds unconditional and unreserved love for all beings, he will not find peace.” Buddha

And he will not find health either. Nor could he. Because nothing that creates our happy and fulfilled life can be found. It can only be created—through our active inner work with ourselves, which transforms not only our inner reality but also the outer one.

All inner virtues and high-vibrational emotions, such as joy and peace, grow out of love. Love for oneself, for others, for life—and then they are reflected into our external reality. One of the consequences of a person vibrating at the frequency of love is health in its wholeness: Healthy Soul, Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Energy, Healthy Relationships, Healthy Life.

“Life is just a brief opening and closing of the eyes. It is only up to you what you will see in this moment.” Marcus Aurelius

“Life is just a brief opening and closing of the eyes. It is only up to you what you will see in this moment.” Marcus Aurelius

The way you perceive life comes from your level of consciousness at a given moment. Do you see a miracle everywhere, or only dead matter?

If you don’t yet see the miracle, you must begin working on changing the level of consciousness from which you perceive all that is and all that happens. Life is a miracle. All of its expressions. Once you reach the point where you begin to perceive them, you will stand in silent awe before this infinite intelligence, where everything is interconnected and where the existence of everything has its purpose. You will wonder how you could have been blind to it before.

,,A doctor is someone who prescribes medicines of which he knows little, for diseases of which he knows even less, to people about whom he knows nothing at all." Voltaire

,,A doctor is someone who prescribes medicines of which he knows little, for diseases of which he knows even less, to people about whom he knows nothing at all." Voltaire

What Voltaire already knew in the 18th century still holds true—and always will.
,,A doctor is someone who prescribes medicines of which he knows little, for diseases of which he knows even less, to people about whom he knows nothing at all."

This is a fact clearly demonstrated by the way diagnoses are determined—based on symptom similarity, while the root cause of those symptoms differs from person to person. Doctors prescribe medications through a trial-and-error process. Why? Because modern medicine treats only symptoms, not the underlying cause—which is always invisible and therefore unknowable to the doctor. The real cause of illness doesn’t exist on the physical, visible level of the body, but rather in the unseen, subconscious programs

... and what about starting with your own?

Yes, you might say, I know this, I’ve heard it before. But have you ever thought about the depth of the message behind this thought? It’s not just about pulling someone drowning out of the water...

There are many perspectives from which this thought can be viewed, and ours is just one of many, but it comes from the perspective of love. It can help you understand certain connections related to actions that go against Love and their possible consequences.
