Horchata – a traditional Spanish beverage made from tiger nuts – is an iconic drink in Spain. Traditionally, it’s made from whole tiger nuts with their skins on, giving it a slightly bitter taste. That’s why it’s usually sweetened with cane sugar.

At Boutique Caffe, we use peeled tiger nuts, removing the earthy bitterness and resulting in a smooth, naturally sweet nutty flavor. The final drink is unsweetened, free from lactose, allergens, emulsifiers, and preservatives. Nutritious, refreshing, and exceptionally delicious. The combination of tiger nuts and water offers not only a pleasant experience but also functionality – thanks to its high fiber content, it supports healthy digestion and helps cleanse the intestinal tract. It’s suitable not only for healthy individuals but also for people with specific dietary needs, such as those undergoing chemical treatments.
