Horchatería is a place where the traditional tiger nut drink – horchata – is prepared. This delicious, naturally sweet, plant-based beverage has its roots in Spain, especially in the Valencia region, and is known for its nutritional and detoxifying properties.

In our Horchatería, we revive this tradition with care and love. We prepare fresh horchata from the highest-quality tiger nuts, with no added sugar or chemicals. Horchata and tiger nut flour are also used in our baking – to create a variety of cakes and desserts, all naturally gluten-free and lactose-free.

At the Horchatería, you can also purchase the complete range of TIGERNUT products. Before buying, you are welcome to taste the entire assortment during a short guided tasting combined with a talk on the health benefits of tiger nuts.

Tiger nut “milk” is not dairy milk, but a VEGAN PLANT-BASED DRINK, naturally lactose-free.
