The First Step on the Path to Love and Health in the Form of Inner Exercise

If all of this makes sense to you, take the first step on the path to love, on the path to healing! Find a quiet place where you can be alone with yourself and do a small exercise. Later, you will move on to more complex energy exercises, but they may not come if you don’t take the first step. The first step, no matter how small, is always the most important because without it, nothing greater can develop. Whenever I start an energy exercise, I first do a breathing exercise, and then I thank all my cells for serving the higher whole with love. I thank all my thoughts for being full of love and supporting the higher whole. At the same time, I thank my mind and body for working together in love for the higher whole, the Soul, which in this earthly life is called XY, so it can activate its energetic potential needed for its further development and growth in consciousness while fulfilling its mission to be love, spread love, and live a life of love. This is what I do. You do what is best for you. The only thing that will be common is the motivation to act in love. The outcome will be different for each of us, yet the same. It will be the best for each of us.

Repetition is the mother of wisdom, and so to conclude, let’s repeat what we said at the beginning: THE MIND IS THE ARCHITECT OF HEALTH OR DISEASE. The way we think affects our cells. How our cells are doing determines how our organs and the entire body are doing. When we program our mind for love, our entire reality, both inner and outer, changes. The perspective of perceiving everything that is and everything that happens will be beneficial to our health. We will perceive everything in silent awe as a miracle. In this mental setting, the cells will function properly again, and the symptoms in the body will gradually fade away. As Albert Einstein said, “Don’t wait for miracles. Your whole life is a miracle.”
