GET TO KNOW YOURSELF

As Albert Einstein said, "Everything is energy and nothing else exists but energy." Why is it important to know oneself? Because it has a significant impact not only on our life but also on the lives of others. However, the understanding of oneself begins with answering the question: Who are we as human beings? Without this understanding, we cannot work with the energetic models in our minds and consciously change our life reality. It is only when we realize that we are not just what we see or what we think we are, but that we are vast intelligence radiating and receiving energetic frequencies, that we can begin to pay attention to ourselves and our inner programming.

There is no definitive answer to the question of who we are as humans. From the perspective of current consciousness and prevailing scientific paradigms, we are multidimensional beings made up of soul, mind, and body. Whether this is truly the case is unknown, even though it makes sense because mind and body alone would have no meaning, so something higher must exist that enlivens them and gives their existence purpose. But we could also be just part of a matrix, avatars in a game, or even characters in an intuitive game, or simply copying someone else's life... There are many possibilities, and the truth is that we still know little about this higher meaning of our existence.

What we do know is that no matter who we are, certain laws apply and function, and if we know how to work with them, we can use them for the benefit of ourselves and others. It's like in a video game. You are only as good a player as you know how to work with all the options the game offers. And especially those that seem hidden to us. They ultimately decide whether you win or lose. They are there, allowing us to upgrade our character and its abilities to several levels higher. But we must discover, understand, and begin to use them. The same applies in life. Those who have already discovered the fact that everything is energy, understood how energy works, and consciously began to use it to change their energetic forms—thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions—live a beautiful life full of love, satisfaction, happiness, and health. They have realized that they are not victims but creators of their reality. Understanding that everything is energy, and that we as human beings are energetic beings emitting and receiving energy, and on an energetic level, we are all interconnected through an energetic web, gives us immense power but also responsibility toward others. The responsibility for what we give to them. And what we give to them is contained in the energetic field of every person; it is their entire inner world. Thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions that create not only our personal reality but also influence the reality of others we are energetically connected to.

Our entire inner world of thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions reflects in our energetic field, and those who benefit the most or are affected by our energy are our closest ones or the people we meet most often. This is because they are close to us, tap into our energy, and adapt to our emotional state. Depending on how we feel, they will start to feel the same. If we are in stress and under pressure, we have low-vibration fear energy in our energetic field, which they absorb as their own, and their body reacts to our fear as if it were their own. This means that even if, based on their situation and inner setting, there is no reason for them to be stressed, by adapting to our fear energy, their body will react with a stress response. The same applies the other way around. If we vibrate on the frequency of love and someone is stressed, our energy has the power to shift their low frequency to a higher one in that moment, thus uplifting their energetic field and restoring the chemical imbalance in the body to equilibrium. This is another manifestation of infinite intelligence. Now that we know what our presence means for others, we can consciously decide what our priority will be from today. Will we take care of our inner space so that our presence and energy are healing and calming for everyone, or will we only focus on external circumstances that constantly put us under pressure? Will we be a sanctuary of love, joy, and peace for ourselves and others, with beneficial effects for the body and health, or will we be harmful to everyone else? This choice already speaks volumes about whether we vibrate on the frequency of love or fear and egoism.
