„My life is my legacy.” – Mahatma Gandhi
“Let’s change the world together! From a world of fear to a world of love. From a world of stress to a world of health.”
Mahatma Gandhi, a great man, lived what he preached. He was faithful to his principles and willing to sacrifice his life for their fulfillment.
Nothing from what most people today consider important in our materially-driven society will come with us when our time is up and our life energy is spent. When our time runs out, we won’t take our wealth, homes, cars, businesses, partners, children, or anything else material with us. What we will carry is the personal growth of our immortal Soul at the level of consciousness. The consequences of the actions we take. As Sonmi says in the film Cloud Atlas, “... every kindness and every crime gives birth to our future.” What have we done for others? How have we been useful to the whole? We can only answer this question when we can say about ourselves: we love ourselves – for who we are, that we are unique and amazing beings full of love; we know our worth – that we are no more and no less than others; we approach ourselves with respect – we do not allow ourselves or anyone else to degrade, torment, or punish us. Only when we vibrate at high frequencies of self-love, self-worth, and self-respect can we truly begin to act in love, giving others what is already ours. For acting in love means acting for the benefit of all. For the benefit of ourselves, others, and the whole. Selflessly, without conditions, without expectations. We no longer live in the “give and take” mentality. We do it because we feel it, because love flows through us. Reaching true love through inner work is a gift we cannot keep to ourselves. Therefore, the most important developmental shift was, is, and will be learning to love ourselves. This is the state when love flows through us, and we can no longer be evil or hurt anyone. On the contrary, we are ready for the next step in our evolution: consciously serving and being useful and beneficial to others and the whole.
Have we ever asked ourselves what will remain after us? What legacy will we leave with our life? Maybe a few people will remember us, light a candle for us, and say that we were good people. Maybe our mission was simply to bring our children into this world and help them grow. Do a few good deeds. Yes, maybe this is our mission, and someone else’s mission is to express themselves, go out with their thoughts, and create something great that will serve everyone, something that transcends the reality of the individual. But that does not mean we cannot be part of and support something bigger on a collective level. And that is the opportunity to give our lives deeper meaning, because being part of something larger that contributes to a better version of humanity at the collective consciousness level is something all of us can participate in. And the fact that we were born in this era of transformation of human consciousness from separation and hierarchy to cooperation and support is no accident, because accidents do not exist. Everything that is and everything that happens has a higher meaning, even though we may not yet see it. So, if we want to find out the reason for our existence, we must open ourselves to life, step out of our comfort zone, and be ourselves. Express ourselves, not be afraid to create, contribute to a change that will benefit all. People, the planet, life.
And why should we do this? Let’s open our hearts and minds and look at the life humanity is living from a higher perspective. We live in fear. We live in stress. We live in negative emotions and feelings. We live in unhealthy relationships. We live in diseases. We live in a system where human minds are dominated by egoism, greed, and superiority. We live in an era of lies, manipulation, and defending our own truth. We live in a political system we call free and just, but it has nothing to do with freedom and justice. We live in an era where the media have become sowers of fear and negativity. We live in an age where technological progress is starting to enslave us. We live in a time when the causes of suffering are not being eliminated, only the symptoms suppressed. We live in an era where we claim to want peace, yet we are arming ourselves more than ever. We live in an era where most of us do not spread true love, but only fear and selfishness. We live in a time when the human mind and its intelligence are used in the service of madness. We live in an era that contributes nothing to our health, happiness, and fulfillment. But all of this has a reason, and it is part of the development of humanity. Everything must first reach its peak before it can begin to decay. And that is the opportunity for change.
In Gandhi's time, the path to change was nonviolent resistance. Today, the path to change is a shift in consciousness. A change in thoughts, beliefs, and perspective from which we perceive ourselves, others, and life. Therefore, let’s change the world together! From a world of fear to a world of love. From a world of stress to a world of health. Nonviolently, simply by changing our consciousness.
We have a choice. It’s our free will. Perhaps the only real one. As Viktor Frankl said, “The last of human freedoms is to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.” Either we continue to live in what we already know or we step out of our comfort zone, open ourselves fearlessly to the unknown, and begin to consciously create our lives so that when we leave this life, we can say with the words of Hana Hegerová’s song, “We lived rightly.” And rightly, in this sense, means for the benefit of all. For the benefit of ourselves, others, and all of humanity. Now this may sound like grand thoughts from small Slovaks, but just like all of us, we are part of one whole. One humanity, where we are all human beings, and it doesn’t matter in which part of the planet someone was born. Thought is energy and can spread from anywhere to anywhere, regardless of time, space, and distance. When we accept it as our own, everyone else subconsciously accepts it as well. Because we are all energetic beings connected by the so-called energy web, sending and receiving energy.
Everything has its beginning. So, why not us, and why not now? Others have already had their chance and paved the way for us. Nothing happens by accident; it is all part of development. So now it’s our turn. If it were not meant to be, it would not be happening. This reality, this opportunity, would not exist. If we believe, it will happen. The conditions are set for it. In an age of globalization, connections through technology, and through us as energetic beings, we can freely move in time and space, and through thoughts vibrating with the energy of love, we can plant seeds of love in the minds of all human beings.
For many, this may sound like sci-fi. But there’s an answer to that too. After all, the vast majority of thoughts in films that were labeled sci-fi precisely because the possibilities they communicated were not yet available to humanity, are today more than real. Even developed in ways we couldn’t have imagined just a few decades ago. Quantum physics asserts that under certain conditions, anything is possible. And if what we’re talking about here has a higher meaning, the necessary circumstances will be created. What those circumstances will be, and whether anyone would call them “happy accidents,” we don’t know, we just know that everything needed to fulfill the vision is ready, and if we believe and give it enough attention and energy, it will happen. “The path already exists, and beneath the surface of forms, everything is connected. We, humans, just don’t see it yet.” Everything is energy, as is thought. Energy doesn’t disappear, it just changes form. From an invisible thought, desire, and vision of mutual cooperation and support among people, a community of love can arise, which will be the material expression of this thought. Thoughts of true cooperation and support. That it’s not possible? Who says that? Everything is possible. Just like what was once possible but didn’t exist is now real, so too can this happen.
To fulfill the vision, we must unite, not divide. We are part of the whole, we are one with all existence. Because everything that exists is a manifestation of life. If we want to change something, we must change our thinking to such a level of consciousness that it will not serve just us, but everyone. From the change in our thinking as individuals, a change in collective consciousness will happen. The life we are living, we already know. So, what are all our previous experiences for, if we still live the same way? Development needs its time, and therefore we learn in the school of life to use this knowledge at a certain moment for the conscious creation of our reality. We all have different knowledge and different possibilities, so let’s use them together for the benefit of the whole. We came to this world to love and be loved, so let’s gift each other with love. Let’s use our minds for everything that makes us human. With our thoughts and actions, let’s think and act for the welfare of all, spreading smiles without any ulterior motive. Through acts of grace and kindness, let’s express our humanity towards those who weren’t as fortunate as we are. In the words of T. G. Masaryk: “I always believed in one thing: that God created us all equally. One is white, the other is black. One is beautiful, another is scarred by pimples. But we all feel cold when we freeze outside and sweat when the sun shines. And we all have to breathe to avoid suffocation. In the end, we will all be taken away. In other words, we are all mortal. Even immortals. But because of this, we must not make slaves of one another. This is why everyone, whether their father was a president or a wire worker, must have the same opportunity to live a full life. No one should think they are more or better than anyone else. Maybe they have more in their head, maybe they wear a better shirt, maybe they have more skilled hands, maybe bigger biceps. But all this only obliges them to do even more. More for those with smaller biceps and worse shirts. But only those who love people can believe and understand this. To love people and love is the whole secret, and the only recipe for happiness, and that applies to everyone. For me, for you, for Stalin, for Truman, for the whole world.”
We are all human beings, and together we can contribute to this change in consciousness. We live in an extraordinary time, in which this change is unfolding, and the fact that we are here, right now, has its reason. We have been chosen by higher worlds. So, let’s make our lives one shared legacy. Let’s prove through our actions that humanity has the strength to change for the better. With a programming for love, we can all be a better version of humanity and create a better world not just for us but for future generations that will come after us…
