What is love?
To make this clearer, and so we can begin to tune into love and start using this healing frequency in our healing, we must define the meaning of the word "LOVE." If we understand it correctly, the consequences of our actions in love will be beneficial to our body and health. There are several perspectives from which we can perceive love.
LOVE AS A STATE OF BEING. The highest level of love that creates a permanent state of health is love as a state of being in the form of a personal vibration from which the body draws its energy and vibrates. It is an energetic frequency like any other, but it vibrates at a high frequency and creates positive outcomes in both the inner and outer reality. A person’s life in this vibration could be called enlightened. This life is one big celebration of health on all levels of existence. In today’s materialistic way of life, this state of being can only be achieved by exceptional individuals, whose souls are old and highly evolved, through a lifetime of inner work.
In real life, this state of being manifests as follows: We can no longer be evil. We do not harm ourselves, our bodies, or others energetically, by words or actions. Our energetic field contains love, joy, and peace. We are both emitters and receivers of energy, and we transmit these frequencies to others. We no longer react with emotional anger towards others or our body, because we know that what we do to others, we are also doing to ourselves. No matter the circumstances, we are no longer controlled by fears or negative emotions. Everything that is and everything that happens, we accept with peace and gratitude. We do not resist life because we know that everything has a reason, and everything is a necessary lesson for our further development and growth in consciousness. We know that we cannot take any material things from this life except the consequences of our actions recorded in the soul. We have compassion and understanding for everyone, knowing they have their own story and are doing the best they can. We are here for everyone, and we act without expecting anything in return. We prioritize others before ourselves, choosing their benefit over our own, because another’s happiness is also our happiness. We do not elevate ourselves over others because we know that no one is more or less, we all come from the same source. We all leave and we all have to go to the bathroom. We all long to love and be loved. We all experience joys and sorrows, sadness, disappointments. We do not judge anyone because we do not know their story, what they have gone through, and what they have experienced. Behind every person, we do not see a person with a mask, a function, or social status, but we see a child, pure, free, and full of love, who we all once were, and who desires nothing but love. It only wants to be seen and loved. It lives in the present, does not regret the past, has no fear of the future, and is not controlled by ego. We naturally forgive everyone because we know that everyone acted to the best of their ability in that moment and at that level of consciousness. They did not know how to act differently because, if they had known, they would have acted in a way that caused no harm and never had to regret anything. There are countless realities created by consciousness vibrating with love, but what this all will be, we leave to your personal experience. What you must know is that reaching this state is a journey of spiritual awakening, growth, and maturation.
INFATUATION. In the material world, love is mostly considered to be infatuation, because for many, it may be the only experience where they were truly themselves, grounded in the present, full of energy and health. Their actions in the state of infatuation were beneficial primarily to them and their partner, but we could say that it was beneficial for everyone, at least by the energy that infatuated people radiate. However, true love that creates a lasting state of health is not infatuation, as many may think, although we could consider it a type of love due to its consequences. It lasts only a short time while the chemical cocktail of hormones mixed by the chemist – the brain – works. When it fades, our behavior changes. If we were not acting in love before infatuation, we will act the same as before, if not worse.
CONSCIOUS PROGRAM OF LOVE. When we talk about love that is not limited by time and not conditioned by hormones, we consider love to also be a conscious program of acting for the benefit of the whole, of which we are all a part, being useful for it, and never harming anyone by our actions. This program allows anyone to consciously program their mind, which is why we consider it key in this age of collective human consciousness. Love can be learned if we consciously tune into it. We can then consciously direct our thoughts, decisions, and actions for the benefit of the whole, as well as consciously evaluate our actions and learn from them. We are human, and under all circumstances, we do the best we can in any given moment and at any level of consciousness. In the current state of collective consciousness, most of us act in contradiction to love, and with our actions, we harm others, but mainly ourselves and our bodies. Through thoughts, words, and actions. This is the current state of consciousness of most individuals, and that is why it is important not to punish ourselves for this because we all do the best we can. If we punished ourselves for our actions, we would again be acting in contradiction to love. Let us forgive ourselves and accept every action in contradiction to love as a lesson, thanks to which we have the opportunity not to act that way in the future. In order to know what we want and what we don’t, we must experience it. We are only human, and we have our programming. By this way, we can consciously change and create our programs, beliefs, and the consequences that arise from them in our lives. Naturally, we will become more content, happier, and healthier.
