Tigrella is built on what truly matters—premium tiger nuts, which make up 82% of the content, enriched with non-alkalized cocoa and cane sugar for a balanced, full-bodied taste. 82% tiger nuts (PDO Chufa de Valencia)—the base consists of premium tubers grown in the Alboraia region. Thanks to Valencia's sunny climate, they boast a natural sweetness and rich flavor.

4% non-alkalized cocoa—unprocessed by alkalization, preserving its natural flavor profile as well as a higher content of polyphenols and minerals.

13% cane sugar—used to perfectly balance the flavor, without any glucose syrups or artificial substitutes. If you are looking for a completely sugar-free version, we also offer Tigrella with no added sugar.

Storage
Do not refrigerate after opening—store at room temperature. Since we don't use emulsifiers, the oil will naturally rise to the top—this is completely normal and a sign of pure ingredients. Stir well before each use. If the spread gets a little firm in a cooler environment, just place it in a warm spot for a while and give it a good stir—it will return to its original consistency.
