Premium tiger nuts from Valencia — not your average nut
Tiger nuts are not tree nuts; they are underground tubers (Cyperus esculentus) grown in the Alboraia region of Valencia — a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO Chufa de Valencia). The sunny climate of Valencia gives these tubers a natural sweetness and rich flavor that common varieties simply cannot match.

What makes it exceptional

67% premium tiger nuts (PDO Chufa de Valencia) — the foundation of the granola, featuring a naturally subtle sweet taste and a high fiber content. It makes up more than half of the blend and is the primary source of crunch and nutritional value.

16% dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa) — real chocolate with a high cocoa solids content, vanilla extract, and minimal sugar. A full, slightly bitter chocolate flavor—not sweet, but intense and rich in polyphenols. The granola is not sugar-free; sugar is naturally part of the chocolate.

1% cocoa powder — enhances the chocolate profile and adds another layer of cocoa depth to the dark chocolate.

7% hazelnuts — an intense nutty flavor that pairs with the chocolate into a classic, unmistakable combination. A source of vitamin E and healthy monounsaturated fats. Allergen.

15% chicory fiber — together with the tiger nuts, it is responsible for the high fiber content of this granola. Chicory has long been studied as one of the most effective prebiotics—it actively feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut microbiome.

This granola contains 18.23g of fiber per 100g — a combination of fiber from tiger nuts and inulin from chicory fiber. Fiber works best when you are well-hydrated. Every jar of TIGERNUT granola is crafted in our own production facility in Slovakia — by hand, with a focus on gentle processing to retain the maximum nutritional potential of the ingredients.
We pack it in glass for a specific reason: glass doesn't affect the taste, contains no BPA or other harmful plastics, and is easily reusable. If we care about what goes into our bodies, we should care about the packaging, too.
