„The inner creates the outer. The unseen is the parent of the seen.“ — Alexander Loyd

„The inner creates the outer. The unseen is the parent of the seen.“

Alexander Loyd, author of The Healing Code and The Highest Principle in the World

We cannot change the world out there, but we can change our inner world, and then the outer world will adapt to it. It won't change, but we will perceive it from a different perspective, from a different level of consciousness. The only thing we can influence, and from a certain point, control, is our inner world of thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories, beliefs, and programs. If we want to understand who we are and why we live the way we do, we must realize that we are creating our entire life. For everything we need an answer to, we find it within ourselves. Don’t look for it anywhere else, because you won’t find it. It doesn’t exist outside our inner selves.

We are one family, one species, coming from the same source, sharing a common essence, and the only thing that distinguishes us is our mind, its programming, through which we perceive and create our reality. We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are. This means that there is no one reality for all. There is one truth that is absolute and always the same for everyone who observes it at that moment, but each of us perceives it differently. Everything we see, hear, feel, and judge is simply our reality and exists only in our mind. Therefore, it is extremely important how our mind works, whether it works in our favor or against us.

How we live, how we perceive, and how we experience situations depend on our internal programming. Everything we believe, and everything we don't, is stored there because we do everything because we believe in it. If we want to find out more about who we are and why we think, feel, and act the way we do, we must go back to the past. Only there will we find the answer to the question "Who am I?" and what is my internal programming. You have to dive inside and return to the past. To dive into the past doesn't mean we will travel in time. Time, and therefore the past, as such, do not exist. There is only the present, and returning to the past means tapping into our stored memories in the present. Memories contain all the situations and feelings associated with them, and also our interpretations of these situations. Our upbringing, beliefs passed down by others, our disappointments, our traumas, feelings of lack of love, attention, rejection, feelings of abandonment... Everything we have experienced in our lives and what we believe is real. However, it is real only for us and our mind, for no one else does it exist. And it may have been real for the level of our thinking and understanding at the time the memory was stored. Today, from a different perspective of consciousness and life experiences, we will see everything differently, but we just need to access those memories, subconscious programs, and beliefs. Most of them are stored in the subconscious, meaning we cannot consciously recall them, and we don’t even know we have them. But we all have them, even if we are not aware of them and do not realize their power over our lives. The goal of our inner work is to bring them into the light of consciousness. And we can only do that ourselves. It is our life, and who knows it better than we do?

Our external circumstances, situations, and relationships mirror our internal state, but only when we begin to engage in inner work and understand the connection between our internal state and the external circumstances will we begin to realize our programs, emotions, perceptions, and everything related to it. We will also understand how they were created and how we can work with them from a new level of consciousness and transform them into life-affirming experiences. Then, if we are not satisfied with the way we are living, we can change whatever we want. The good news is that we all have this potential and ability; we just need to activate it through our inner work. Complaining about life won’t help us. We must act because the saying "not even a leaf moves without wind" applies here absolutely.

It is a tremendous gift we have as humanity that we can work with our mind and thus change our reality. We have immense power, and at the same time, it is the only real power we have over our lives. We are not victims of our programs; we are their creators. Creators of our reality and life. The truth will always remain the same, but by changing our inner reality, we will change our perspective of the outer world, and thereby, change our outer reality. Through repeated thinking, feeling, and acting, we will strengthen our inner reality, which will become our new programming. This state is called the state of being. When we understand this, we will also understand how simple, beautiful, and amazing life can be and what a miracle life is in its diversity.

Many people, in their ignorance—meaning their failure to understand the broader context of life—believe that if they want to change something, they must change the external circumstances. Job, relationships, partner, where they live... But they don’t realize that their internal state travels with them everywhere. For a short time, interacting with a new environment and people, we may feel like something has changed, but shortly after, our subconscious programs will make themselves known. We will again have the same relationship problems, work won’t suit us... Because our programming, according to the law of affinity – like attracts like – will again attract people and situations into our life that match our programming. So this is not how change works. External circumstances are just a reflection of our internal settings, and if we want to change our life, we must change our internal reality. We do not need any external material goals for which we would do it. Let’s do it for ourselves because now we know that we are living by programs and beliefs that are not ours, and we want to live our life, not someone else’s.

External circumstances like wealth, a lot of money, social or career success, and many others are indeed pleasant external circumstances that for a short time make us feel freer, but without the necessary programming, they will not bring us long-term health, happiness, and fulfillment. That’s why it’s important to prioritize our internal state, which, after deprogramming from fear and reprogramming it with love, will create for us the best external circumstances that our mind cannot even imagine today. Because living a life in love, joy, and peace regardless of external circumstances is true success and paradise on earth.

If we are not satisfied with our life, everything we need to change it, we already have. That gift is within us, we just need to understand on what principles it works. When we embark on this journey of self-discovery, all the information we need for our inner growth will find us.

So if we want change, we must step out of our comfort zone, leave our comfort behind, and start working long-term and disciplinarily with our thoughts and emotions because the mind will always resist the new and unknown, and there are endless external temptations that draw our attention and divert us from the only path that can create the life we imagine.

After inner work and the shift in consciousness related to it, external circumstances, as most perceive them today, will no longer be that important. They never were. The importance we gave them ourselves due to our programming. Our mind persuaded us that if we don’t have this or that, we will be nothing in the eyes of others. Now, when we master our inner reality and change our perspective towards love, we will be able to choose what is important to us and what is not. All it takes is changing our thinking and understanding that we will not take anything from here except the feeling of usefulness for others. Let’s enjoy worldly pleasures; they are here for us. Just don’t let the mind deceive us into thinking we are something more than others when we have more money, property... We are not, and the time will come when everyone will understand that. Ideally, we should understand this before our time to leave arrives.
