Self-love as an Essential Condition for True Love
If we want to program ourselves for love, we must not only understand what love is and what consequences it has, but first and foremost, we must feel it within ourselves and in our relationship with ourselves. The foundation of true love is self-love. We cannot love others if we do not love ourselves. When we love ourselves, we no longer expect love from others. We are not dependent on anyone because when we have love within us, we no longer need it from another person. It is pleasant when we receive it, but we are not dependent on it. This very dependence is an indicator of whether you have self-love, whether you are in love with yourself or not. Whether you can be alone with yourself without missing something or someone in your life. A lot is said about self-love, but few people know what it truly means, how to attain it, and how it manifests in real life. In both our inner and outer realities. On the level of our inner reality, we do not experience any negative feelings or emotions, we do not live the lives of others, we do not play roles, and we do not wear masks, we are authentic, and we have no fear of anything. We are content and do not experience any inner conflicts. We know our worth as human beings, we respect ourselves, we enjoy our perfect body... and on the outer level, we accept everything that is and everything that happens with love and gratitude, understanding that everything has its reason, and everything we experience is a necessary lesson for our further development and growth. Self-love is connected with self-worth, self-respect, and self-acceptance. We are all amazing and unique beings, and if we perceive ourselves this way, we will perceive others in the same way. What we don’t want others to do to us, we won’t do to them. This conscious credo already teaches us love.
We came into this world to love and to be loved. To love ourselves, others, and life. As we said earlier, the foundation of true love is self-love, and our body teaches us this. Our body is a community of cells. Every healthy cell is part of the whole and serves it in love. They all cooperate with each other, are useful to the whole, and fulfill their mission. Only then can the body prosper. The same is true for humanity. When we program ourselves for love, we act for the benefit of the whole we are part of. We are useful to the whole and do not harm anyone with our actions. Therefore, let us not harm the body with our actions, and let us lovingly take care of it. It is a miracle, thanks to which our soul can express itself, realize itself, create, and fulfill its mission in this earthly life – to be love, to spread love, and to live a life of love.
