EAT WITHOUT STRESS, WITH THE ENERGY OF PEACE
With the energy of peace that grows from mentally accepting everything that is and everything that happens—without resistance and with the understanding that everything has its reason. The root of our restlessness is fear. We are often afraid, but there is never a true reason to be afraid. If we want our mind—which is key to the health of our body—to remain calm and quiet under all circumstances, we need to understand that being programmed by fear and acting out of fear leads to negative consequences in our lives, both in our inner feelings and in external circumstances.
Don't let your mind control you through fear. Trust life. Trust that your existence has a higher purpose. You came here to live, to express yourself, to grow, to learn, to create your life—not to be afraid of living. Reprogram your mind with a conscious belief that everything that is and everything that happens is the best possible thing for you. The path already exists, and beneath the surface of forms, everything is connected—even if you can’t see it yet. These invisible connections, revealed over time, are called synchronicities. All of life is one big unconscious synchronicity—a sequence of countless seemingly unrelated events, but only seemingly. All of them are connected and follow one another. Carl Gustav Jung defined synchronicity (the alignment of events) as “a principle of non-causal connection.” Eckhart Tolle, in his book A New Earth, explained it like this: “It means that there is no causal connection on the surface level of reality between synchronistic events. It is an outer manifestation of the underlying intelligence behind the world of forms, which our intelligence cannot comprehend.”
Our life consists of countless “ordinary situations,” yet these lead us to the key moments that shape the direction of our life’s journey.
So use the time you spend eating to reprogram your mind, through deeper understanding, with the belief that everything that happens has its reason, is the best thing for you, and the path is already laid out. Go back in your memory to the key moments of your life—moments you may not have seen as positive at the time, but rather painful, negative, or unwanted. Only later—or maybe only now, as you look back—can you see them from a new perspective. From the viewpoint of your entire life, with the understanding that this moment was exactly what you needed for your growth and the direction your life took afterward. Now you know that what happened changed your life in a meaningful way. Thanks to it, you are where you are today—exactly where you're meant to be. And the truth is, none of it was your plan. So trust life, and stop being afraid. Everything that is meant to happen will happen, and you will be exactly where you need to be in every moment, in alignment with the purpose of your existence and mission.
Peace grows from love, and maintaining inner peace under all circumstances is the result of a healthy mind free from fear, and a healthy body free from stress. Let’s return to our essence—to childhood, when we were still free souls. We weren’t afraid of anything. The past or future didn’t exist for us. While eating, tune into that feeling of freedom and ask yourself: What happened to me? What happened to us?
The answer is within you—in your own inner self.
