Crunchy nutrition for your microbiome
A warming granola with a date-and-cinnamon flavor—one that warms both your body and mood while delivering a high fiber content. The base consists of premium tiger nuts, complemented by dried dates, almonds, date syrup, and cinnamon. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and completely free of preservatives and artificial flavorings.
Every batch of granola is handmade in Slovakia.
Premium tiger nuts from Valencia — not your average nut
Tiger nuts are not tree nuts; they are underground tubers (Cyperus esculentus) grown in the Alboraia region of Valencia — a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO Chufa de Valencia). The sunny climate of Valencia gives these tubers a natural sweetness and rich flavor that common varieties simply cannot match.
It’s a tuber, not a nut — however, this granola contains almonds, which are an allergen. It is not suitable for individuals with a tree nut allergy.
What makes it exceptional
-
62% premium tiger nuts (PDO Chufa de Valencia) — the foundation of the granola, featuring a naturally subtle sweet taste and a high fiber content. Tiger nuts make up most of the blend and are the primary source of crunch, flavor, and nutritional value.
-
11% dried dates — intense caramel-fruity sweetness with a characteristic depth. Dates are naturally rich in fiber, potassium, and iron — making them one of the most nutritionally valuable dried fruits.
-
16% date syrup — a natural sweetener obtained directly from dates, with a gentle caramel flavor. Together with the tiger nuts, it is responsible for the high fiber content and ensures the granola's characteristic crunch.
-
9% almonds — a crunchy nutty accent and a source of vitamin E, magnesium, and healthy monounsaturated fats. Allergen — not suitable for individuals with a tree nut allergy.
-
0.5% cinnamon — a warming, aromatic finish that brings all the ingredients together into a harmonious blend.
Fiber and hydration
This granola contains 21.1g of fiber per 100g — a combination of fiber from tiger nuts and natural fiber from dates. Fiber works best when you are well-hydrated. Therefore, we recommend paying attention to a regular fluid intake throughout the day, especially if you include tiger nut products in your diet regularly.
-
Actively supports the gut microbiome — the foundation of immunity and a good mood.
-
Helps maintain a longer feeling of fullness.
-
Natural sweetness from dates and date syrup — with no refined sugar.
-
Suitable for AIP and Paleo diets.
How to enjoy it
-
With yogurt or plant milk — a warming breakfast with a hint of date and cinnamon.
-
As a topping on warm TIGERNUT porridge with dates and cinnamon — for a double layer of warmth.
-
Straight from the jar as a crunchy snack anytime during the day.
-
As a crunchy layer in glass desserts or baked apples.
Made in Slovakia. Packed in glass.
Every jar of TIGERNUT granola is crafted in our own production facility in Slovakia — by hand, with a focus on gentle processing to retain the maximum nutritional potential of the ingredients.
We pack it in glass for a specific reason: glass doesn't affect the taste, contains no BPA or other harmful plastics, and is easily reusable. If we care about what goes into our bodies, we should care about the packaging, too.

Diet and health care in the present time
Let’s take a moment to reflect on a simple fact. Why weren’t stress, allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle diseases a topic in the past, but today they are an everyday concern for most of us? The answer lies in many factors, one of which is the quality of the food we consume. The good news is that now that we’re aware of them, we have the consciousness needed to start consciously changing them with our decisions.

Do you think you are healthy?
What is health?
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN OUR LIVES!
Health is a complex topic where everything is interconnected. The result of harmony between the soul, mind, and body is HEALTH. The opposite of energetic harmony is disharmony, which leads us to illness and a life we do not desire.
Mental health: It is the authentic path of the soul without inner conflicts. The opposite is inner dissatisfaction. The current state of mental health in most people is best described by a thought from the movie Matrix Resurrections:
"Secretly, we desire what we don't have and fear losing what we already have."

Tiger nut, the food of the future?
It can be consumed by everyone, both healthy and sick.
For healthy individuals, it supports overall health, and for those who are sick, it aids in healing. Regular consumption leads to visible results quickly.

Nutrition and health care in the future
We will take better care of our health. We will start discovering our power in creating health. We will begin to understand the causal relationships between the mind and the body. We will take responsibility for the state of our health or illness. We will start treating the causes of diseases instead of suppressing the symptoms. We will begin to get to know and listen to our bodies more. We will regularly cleanse our bodies through fasting or detox programs to support its proper functioning. We will eat healthier, and we will become more interested in the quality of what we eat. We will consciously consume foods that support and expand our gut microbiome. Our gut microbiome will become more diverse and healthier. We will eat less meat. We will eat more plant-based foods. We will eat foods rich in fiber. We will drink more plant-based beverages.
